The enterprise challenge

What goes wrong on CXone rollouts.

The platform is broad. Programs that struggle usually skipped the same disciplines.

  • Studio scripts grow unmanaged
Copy-paste scripting per program creates hundreds of near-duplicate flows with no shared modules or version control.
  • Enlighten uncalibrated
Automated scoring is trusted before it is aligned to human QA, so supervisors reject the output and coaching stalls.
  • WFM disconnected from routing
Forecasts run on old volume patterns and ignore deflection from bots, so schedules over- or under-staff every week.
  • Program reporting fragmentation
Each client program invents its own metrics, so the BPO cannot compare margin or SLA performance across the book.
Capabilities

What we implement.

Design, build, rollout and run — with per-program governance.

01
Architecture & multi-program design

Business units, skills, security profiles, environment strategy and a reusable Studio module library with version control.

02
Routing & omnichannel

Voice, chat, email and messaging routing with skills, priority and overflow rules aligned to each program's SLA.

03
Enlighten AI enablement

Agent assist, automated quality scoring and sentiment analytics, calibrated against your human QA sample before rollout.

04
WFM & forecasting

Demand modelling, scheduling, adherence and shrinkage control — including forecast retraining once deflection changes the volume curve.

05
Integrations

Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, Zendesk and custom APIs into the agent workspace, with screen pop and disposition write-back.

06
Migration & rollout

Program-by-program migration from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys or Five9 with porting, parallel run, reporting parity and rollback.

How we deliver

A six-step model, from assessment to managed operations.

Every engagement follows the same rhythm — so business, IT and delivery stay aligned from opportunity to outcome.

01
Discovery

Program, script, channel and integration inventory with SLA map.

02
Design

Routing, security, WFM and QM architecture plus reusable script modules.

03
Build

Studio scripts, integrations, Enlighten configuration and dashboards.

04
Calibrate

Enlighten scoring aligned to human QA; forecasts validated against actuals.

05
Roll out

Program-by-program go-live with parallel run and hypercare.

06
Run

Managed changes, model recalibration, release management and value review.

Where it lands

Use cases already in production with enterprise clients.

BPO multi-client operations

Stand up new client programs fast with reusable scripts, per-program scorecards and margin visibility.

100% quality coverage

Replace 3% sampled QA with automated scoring across every interaction and route findings into coaching.

Legacy platform exit

Migrate from premise telephony program by program without losing SLA reporting continuity.

AI-driven workforce management

Rebuild forecasting once self-service changes the arrival pattern and volume mix.

Runs on

Grounded on your data. Governed on day one.

Every platform we implement is only as good as the retrieval, connectors and controls behind it. These are the horizontal solutions we ship with every engagement.

How we deliver

The delivery artifacts you get, named up front.

Every NICE CXone engagement is governed by the same six artifacts. They are contracted deliverables with owners and dates — the way a systems integrator works, not a discovery deck.

  1. 01

    Reference architecture

A signed-off NICE CXone reference architecture — environments, tenancy, network and identity boundaries, data flows and AI components — issued as a versioned diagram plus infrastructure-as-code, not a slide.

  2. 02

    Integration surface

Every integration surface is inventoried before build: CRM and CTI, WFM, ticketing, payments, identity, data warehouse and event streams — each with contract, auth model, throughput, failure mode and owner.

  3. 03

    Runbook

Operational runbooks per service: deploy and rollback steps, configuration change control, alert thresholds, on-call escalation paths and known-issue playbooks handed to your ops team at go-live.

  4. 04

    Cutover plan

A wave-based cutover plan with entry and exit criteria per wave, dress rehearsal, freeze windows, number porting and data migration sequencing, rollback triggers and a go/no-go decision log.

  5. 05

    Hypercare

A defined hypercare window after each wave — command centre, daily triage, defect burndown against severity targets, and a documented exit gate before the estate transitions to steady-state run.

  6. 06

    SLA

Run-state SLAs and SLOs written into the engagement: severity definitions, response and restoration targets, change lead times, availability reporting and quarterly value review against the original business case.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers ask us first.

What do NICE CXone implementation services include?
Target architecture, Studio script and routing design, omnichannel (voice, chat, email, messaging) enablement, Enlighten AI for agent assist and quality, WFM forecasting and scheduling, QM automation, CRM and ticketing integration, reporting and dashboards, agent enablement, cutover and hypercare.
How long does a NICE CXone implementation take?
A focused deployment runs 8–12 weeks. Multi-program BPO or multi-site enterprise rollouts run 4–6 months, sequenced by program. We deployed agent assist across 1,200 BPO seats on NICE CXone with Kore.ai in a phased rollout by program.
Is NICE CXone a good fit for BPOs?
It is one of the strongest fits when you run many client programs with different SLAs, because WFM, QM and reporting are native and can be partitioned per program. We use that structure to give each client program its own scorecard while the BPO keeps one operating view — including 100% QA coverage instead of 3% sampling.
How much does a NICE CXone implementation cost?
Implementation is fixed-price against a scoped script, channel and integration inventory. CXone licensing is per concurrent or named agent with add-ons for Enlighten, WFM and QM, negotiated with NICE. We model three-year TCO — licences, telephony, AI consumption and run cost — before you commit.
Can you migrate us from Avaya, Cisco or Genesys to NICE CXone?
Yes. We inventory IVR, routing, integrations and reporting, rationalize scripts, then migrate program by program with parallel run, number porting, reporting parity and rollback at each wave.
What can Enlighten AI realistically deliver?
Automated quality scoring across 100% of interactions, behavioural coaching signals, real-time agent guidance and sentiment-driven routing. On our BPO programs Enlighten-backed agent assist reduced AHT 22% and lifted QA scores 14% — provided scoring models are calibrated against your own evaluations first.
Do you support CXone after go-live?
Yes — script and routing changes, Enlighten model calibration, WFM and QM administration, integration monitoring, release management, 24/7 incident response against SLAs and quarterly value reviews.
