("Pronix", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. Not an offer of services
Content on the Site is provided for general information and thought leadership. It is not an offer to enter into a contract and does not create a client, advisory, employment or agency relationship. Delivery of services, pricing, scope, service levels and liability are governed exclusively by a separately executed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work.

All materials on the Site — including solution and service descriptions, industry pages, partner-platform pages, case studies, use-case libraries, playbooks, reference architectures, benchmark and ROI figures, glossary entries, blog posts, explainer videos and briefs — are published for general marketing, educational and thought-leadership purposes only. The Site, its design, code, content, trademarks and logos are owned by or licensed to Pronix. You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, mirror, or use the Site or its content for training AI models without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or third-party right;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or data;
- interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on the Site;
- upload malware, spam or misleading content;
- use the Site to develop a competing offering, benchmark for commercial gain, or scrape data at scale.
5. Case studies, metrics and illustrative content
Case studies, customer stories, outcome metrics, ROI figures, benchmarks, infographics, explainer videos, sample architectures, use-case libraries and similar materials published on the Site are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only. Unless expressly attributed to a named client with their written consent, examples are composite, anonymized or representative of engagements Pronix or its practitioners have delivered, and client identities, sectors, and specific figures may have been generalized, rounded, aggregated, redacted or fictionalized to protect confidentiality. Results depend on many factors specific to each engagement (data quality, scope, platform, change management, regulatory context, etc.) and are not a guarantee, warranty or prediction of the results any particular customer will achieve. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as a commitment, service-level, performance guarantee, or promise of outcome.
6. Third-party trademarks, platforms and materials
The Site references third-party products, platforms, brands, logos and services (for example, Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE CXone, Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, AWS, Kore.ai, ServiceNow, Google, Twilio and others). All such names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for nominative, identification and interoperability purposes under fair-use principles. 13. Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory local law may grant you additional rights.
14. Reporting content or IP concerns
If you believe any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property, misattributes your brand or logo, or otherwise requires correction, please contact legal@pronix.ai with a description of the concern and the URL. We will review and act promptly where appropriate.
