Delivery in UK & Europe

AI & CX systems integration across the UK and Europe

EMEA delivery coverage with GDPR-resident architectures, EU AI Act risk classification built into design, and multilingual voice and messaging automation across European languages.

European programmes carry two constraints American ones usually do not: personal data has to stay inside a defined boundary, and the AI system itself is now regulated as a product. We design for both from the first workshop — choosing in-region model endpoints and storage, classifying each use case against the EU AI Act's risk tiers, and writing the technical documentation and human-oversight design that a limited or high-risk classification will require. On top of that sits the practical work of European CX: language coverage, works-council engagement, and estates that span six countries on three different platforms.

What regulation changes here

These are the regimes that shape design decisions in the United Kingdom and Europe — not a compliance brochure, but the constraints we engineer against from the first workshop.

EU AI Act

Each use case classified against the risk tiers, with technical documentation, logging, human oversight design and transparency notices produced as delivery artefacts rather than retro-fitted paperwork.

UK & EU GDPR

In-region model endpoints and storage, lawful-basis mapping per data flow, DPIAs for automated decisioning, and retention/erasure implemented in the data layer.

DORA / FCA & PRA expectations

Operational-resilience and third-party risk evidence for financial services: exit plans, concentration risk on model providers, and tested fallback to human handling.

Works councils & employment law

Agent-facing AI (assist, quality scoring, forecasting) designed with consultation, transparency and appeal paths so deployment is not blocked at rollout.

Evidence cluster

Production programmes with measured outcomes, delivered under the constraints above.

Security questionnaires, controls documentation and named client references are available under NDA.

Governance is usually sold as the thing that slows AI down. Built correctly it does the opposite: it is the pre-agreed set of controls that lets a workload move to production without a bespoke argument every time. This is the framework we implement.

UK & Europe — questions buyers ask

Can Pronix.ai keep European customer data inside the EU or UK?
Yes. We deploy against in-region model endpoints and in-region storage, keep transcripts and embeddings inside the chosen boundary, and document every cross-border flow with its lawful basis. Where a capability is only available outside the region, we either design it out or gate it behind explicit contractual and technical controls agreed with your DPO.
How do you handle the EU AI Act on a contact center AI programme?
We classify each use case against the Act's risk tiers during discovery. Most CX deployments land in limited risk with transparency obligations; anything touching employment, creditworthiness or essential-services access is treated as high risk, which means technical documentation, logging, human oversight design, accuracy and robustness evidence, and a post-market monitoring plan produced as part of delivery.
Which European languages do you support in voice and messaging AI?
English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian and Polish are in production today, with additional languages added through the same reference implementation: per-language ASR tuning, locale-specific redaction, and language-aware evaluation sets so quality is measured per language rather than as a single blended score.
Do you work with European BPO and outsourcing providers?
Yes — as a subcontractor, as badged white-label pods under the provider's brand, or as a managed AI operations team behind the client-facing delivery organisation, with mutual NDAs, the provider's methodology and their reporting cadence.
