Delivery footprint

Where we deliver — and what changes when you cross a border

Pronix.ai runs one accountable delivery model across three footprints. The architecture leadership and the evidence standard stay constant; the regulatory frame, the language coverage and the residency design change by region.

One accountable delivery model: US-based architecture and program leadership with global engineering pods running 24×7 build, cutover and hypercare. Each region page below carries its own evidence cluster: the programmes we have delivered there, the regimes those programmes had to satisfy, and the research we publish for that market.

Common questions

Which regions does Pronix.ai deliver AI and CX programmes in?
Pronix Inc delivers from three footprints: the United States (headquartered in Plainsboro, New Jersey with advisory in New York), the United Kingdom and Europe, and India (Hyderabad). US and EMEA leadership own architecture and accountability; Hyderabad runs engineering, QA and 24×7 managed operations.
Does the delivery model change by region?
The accountability model does not: one architect and one delivery lead own the design, the acceptance criteria and the go-live decision wherever the client sits. What changes is the regulatory frame — HIPAA, CMS, SOX and TCPA in the US; the EU AI Act, GDPR and DORA in Europe; DPDP and client residency terms for work executed from India.
Can a programme span multiple regions?
Yes, and most enterprise estates do. Multi-region programmes are sequenced in waves — one region proves the pattern with its own evaluation set and compliance evidence, then subsequent regions reuse the reference architecture with local language, residency and consent variations rather than restarting the design.
