Hyderabad, Telangana. It is our primary engineering centre for agentic AI, contact center AI and automation delivery, covering build, QA, LLMOps and 24×7 managed run for US and European clients.
How does offshore delivery stay accountable to a US or European programme?
One accountable delivery model: a US or EMEA architect and delivery lead own the design, the acceptance criteria and the go-live decision, and the Hyderabad pod executes against them inside the client's repositories, cloud accounts and change process. There is no separate offshore backlog and no hand-off document between the two.
Can offshore engineers access production or regulated data?
By default they work on redacted or synthetic data. Where production access is required and permitted by the client's residency terms, it is role-scoped to named engineers, delivered through client-managed SSO with MFA and jump-host or VDI access, logged, and recertified quarterly.
What does the follow-the-sun model change in practice?
Cutovers and regression runs happen while the client's business day is closed, hypercare tickets raised at 2am local are worked immediately rather than queued, and a two-week sprint gets roughly one and a half business days of extra engineering time per calendar day of elapsed schedule.
