Amazon Connect Engineer

Build and ship enterprise Amazon Connect deployments — contact flows, routing, integrations and the AWS AI layer — supporting programs from pilot through production and scale.
Responsibilities
- Build contact flows, routing, agent desktop configurations and Lambda/CRM integrations on Amazon Connect.
- Implement Amazon Lex bots, Contact Lens analytics and Amazon Q in Connect / Bedrock agent assist within Connect deployments.
- Support migrations from legacy IVR/ACD and other CCaaS platforms, including data, telephony and integration cutover.
- Contribute to testing, go-live runbooks, observability and post-go-live optimization.
Requirements
- 4+ years in contact-center or cloud engineering, with 2+ years hands-on Amazon Connect.
- Working knowledge of contact flows, Lambda, IAM, Kinesis and telephony concepts; Python or Node.js integration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience; AWS exposure preferred.
