Amazon Connect Architect
US / RemoteCCaaSImplementation
Architect enterprise Amazon Connect solutions — contact flows, telephony, Lex, Contact Lens and Bedrock-based AI — from discovery through production deployment and scale.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Amazon Connect solution architecture: channels, contact flows, routing, telephony and CRM/workforce integrations.
- Design the AI layer on AWS — Amazon Lex, Contact Lens, Amazon Q in Connect and Bedrock-based agent assist and voice AI.
- Lead technical discovery, migration roadmaps (legacy IVR/ACD and other CCaaS platforms to Connect) and delivery governance across enterprise programs.
- Mentor Connect engineers and partner with pre-sales, delivery and AWS field teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise contact-center engineering, with 4+ years hands-on Amazon Connect in production.
- Deep hands-on with Connect contact flows, Lambda integrations, telephony, Lex and Contact Lens; AWS certification (Solutions Architect or Connect specialty) preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Q in Connect or Bedrock-based agent assist and voice AI deployments.
