Our teams work across the US and India alongside enterprise leaders, platform partners, and BPO/GSI delivery partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop solution proposals, SOWs and effort estimates for Agentic AI, Contact Center AI and CCaaS implementations and migrations.
- Run demos, proof-of-concepts and RFP responses across AWS Bedrock, Kore.ai Agent Platform, Salesforce Agentforce, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9 and Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- Collaborate with US sales, delivery and partner teams to shape winning, delivery-ready AI and CX deals.
Requirements
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting or implementation for enterprise AI, CX or CCaaS platforms.
- Hands-on exposure to at least one AI platform (AWS Bedrock, Kore.ai Agent Platform, Salesforce Agentforce) and one CCaaS platform (Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Dynamics 365 Contact Center).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and comfort working across US and India time zones.
