Responsibilities
- Work embedded with client teams to design, build and launch Agentic AI, Contact Center AI and CCaaS solutions in production.
- Implement integrations across AWS Bedrock, Kore.ai Agent Platform, Salesforce Agentforce, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9 and Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- Turn pilots into production systems: evaluation, observability, guardrails, scaling plans and handover to delivery teams.
- Feed production learnings back into pre-sales solution design and implementation playbooks.
Requirements
- 3+ years delivering enterprise AI, CX or CCaaS implementations, with hands-on experience in at least two platforms from: AWS Bedrock, Kore.ai Agent Platform, Salesforce Agentforce, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders in fast-moving, ambiguous deployment environments.
- Strong programming or platform-configuration skills (Python/TypeScript or equivalent low-code platform depth) and comfort working across US and India time zones.
