Responsibilities
- Build and close a $3–5M+ annual pipeline across enterprise CX and AI programs.
- Orchestrate multi-threaded deals with VP Customer Care, CIO, Chief Data Officer and procurement.
- Partner with Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE, Salesforce and Google Cloud field teams on co-sell motions.
Skills & experience
- 7+ years of enterprise services / SaaS sales; 3+ years in CCaaS, CX or AI services.
- Track record of closing $500K–$5M multi-year engagements with QoQ pipeline discipline.
- Strong command of value selling, MEDDPICC and executive-level communication.
Expected outcomes
- Meet or exceed annual quota across the named-account territory.
- Convert at least two new enterprise logos per year into multi-year AI & CX engagements.
- Build a qualified pipeline of 3–4× quota with disciplined, forecastable deal progression.
