- Own offshore delivery for multi-workstream agentic AI and CX programs: scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder management across Hyderabad engineering pods.
- Run delivery governance, OKR/KPI tracking and reporting, syncing daily with US-based client-facing program leads.
- Coordinate FDE, engineering, pre-sales and partner teams across time zones to keep production programs on plan.
Skills & experience
- 8+ years delivering enterprise AI, contact-center or digital transformation programs; PMP/PgMP or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent, CCaaS or LLM-based programs in production.
- Strong delivery governance discipline and proven experience running offshore delivery for US clients.
Expected outcomes
- Keep offshore workstreams on scope, schedule and budget in lockstep with US leads.
- Maintain delivery dashboards and reporting that give clients full visibility.
- Raise offshore delivery predictability through repeatable governance cadences.
