Responsibilities
- Own multi-workstream agentic AI and CX program delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder management.
- Run delivery governance, OKR/KPI tracking and executive reporting across parallel workstreams.
- Coordinate FDE, engineering, pre-sales and partner teams to keep production programs on plan.
Requirements
- 8+ years delivering enterprise AI, contact-center or digital transformation programs; PMP/PgMP or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent, CCaaS or LLM-based programs in production.
- Strong client communication and delivery governance discipline.
