Responsibilities
- Own multi-workstream agentic AI and CX program delivery in front of US clients: scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder management.
- Run delivery governance, OKR/KPI tracking and executive reporting — leading client steering committees and status cadences directly.
- Coordinate FDE, engineering, pre-sales and partner teams, including offshore delivery hubs, to keep production programs on plan.
Skills & experience
- 8+ years delivering enterprise AI, contact-center or digital transformation programs; PMP/PgMP or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent, CCaaS or LLM-based programs in production.
- Strong client communication and delivery governance discipline; experienced leading distributed US–India delivery teams.
Expected outcomes
- Keep programs on scope, schedule and budget with transparent executive reporting.
- Achieve client satisfaction scores that support renewals and references.
- Surface risks early enough that no program reaches a surprise escalation.
