- Build production AI agents, copilots and conversational experiences with tool use, multi-agent orchestration, governed RAG and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate models, enterprise knowledge, APIs and business systems across leading cloud and agentic AI platforms without locking delivery to one vendor.
- Create evaluation suites for answer quality, safety, latency and cost; improve prompts, retrieval, routing and guardrails using measured results.
- Partner with architects, product owners and client teams through discovery, prototyping, deployment, observability and ongoing optimization.
Skills & experience
- 4+ years in software or AI engineering, including hands-on delivery of conversational AI, generative AI, RAG or agentic systems.
- Strong Python or TypeScript skills and experience integrating LLM APIs, vector search, tool/function calling and enterprise APIs.
- Working knowledge of agent frameworks and major cloud AI platforms; experience with evaluation, security, privacy and production monitoring.
- Clear client-facing communication and the ability to translate business workflows into testable AI capabilities.

- Deliver integrations across platforms without vendor lock-in for clients.
