Support CCaaS pre-sales and solution design for Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9 and Dynamics 365 Contact Center opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop solution proposals, SOWs and effort estimates for CCaaS implementations and migrations.
- Run demos, proof-of-concepts and RFP responses across Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE, Five9 and Dynamics 365 CC.
- Collaborate with US sales, delivery and partner teams to shape winning, delivery-ready deals.
Requirements
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting or implementation for enterprise CCaaS / CX platforms.
- Hands-on exposure to at least one of: Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and comfort working across US and India time zones.
