Embed with enterprise customers to deliver Agentic AI and CX solutions, with deep focus on Salesforce Agentforce agents, Einstein and Service Cloud integrations.
Responsibilities
- Co-locate with customer teams to design, prototype and ship Agentforce agents, prompts, actions and guardrails in production Salesforce environments.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent orchestration and CRM-integrated workflows across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Translate business outcomes into working AI capabilities, run enablement workshops and hand off sustainable runbooks to customer teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise consulting, forward-deployed engineering or AI implementation roles.
- Hands-on with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Flows, Apex and Data Cloud integrations.
- Strong grasp of LLM behavior, agent evaluation, security and enterprise CRM data governance.
