AI Engineer — Real-Time Voice Agents

Build streaming, latency-sensitive voice AI agents on Amazon Connect + Lex, Kore.ai Agent AI Voice and SIP/Kinesis-based audio pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement real-time voice agents: streaming speech, barge-in handling, latency optimization and call-control flows.
- Integrate voice agents with Amazon Connect + Lex, Kore.ai Agent AI Voice, SIP trunks and Kinesis audio pipelines.
- Tune ASR/TTS/LLM stacks for accuracy and natural turn-taking in production contact-center environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years in voice or conversational AI engineering; production experience with telephony or CCaaS platforms.
- Hands-on with at least one of: Amazon Connect + Lex, Kore.ai Agent AI Voice, Genesys Cloud, or SIP/telephony integrations.
- Strong grasp of streaming audio, ASR/TTS tuning and low-latency system design.
