Build production multi-step AI agents with tool calling, memory, MCP and evaluation frameworks across LangGraph, AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Kore.ai Agent Platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-step agent workflows: tool calling, orchestration, memory and guardrails on LangGraph, AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Kore.ai Agent Platform.
- Build evaluation frameworks and reliability systems so agents run safely in production.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems — CRM, contact center and data platforms — and scale them for production deployments.
Requirements
- 3+ years building LLM-powered systems; 1+ year shipping agentic or multi-step workflows.
- Hands-on with LangGraph, CrewAI or MCP; AWS Bedrock AgentCore or Kore.ai Agent Platform a plus.
- Strong Python/TypeScript, API design and production deployment experience.
