- Can you migrate from Avaya or Cisco UCCE?
- Yes. Avaya CM/AES and Cisco UCCE-to-CXone are our most common migrations. We map vectors, scripts, skills and CTI one-to-one with automated tooling.
- What happens to our CRM integrations?
- We deploy CXone Agent for Salesforce, ServiceNow or MS Dynamics with screen pops, click-to-dial and unified reporting — or custom via CXone APIs.
- How do you handle security and compliance?
