Scope, duration and price are fixed in a short written proposal after a 45-minute discovery call — no open-ended time and materials. Diagnostics and assessments are fixed-fee; pilots and production programmes are milestone-based, with the managed run priced per month against an SLA.

Who from Pronix actually delivers the work?

A named delivery lead plus a small pod of certified platform engineers, solution architects and, where relevant, conversation designers and data engineers. The same pod carries the work from design through production, and you can extend it with additional certified talent from our bench.

How does this work with our existing platforms and partners?

Pronix delivers on your current CCaaS, CRM and cloud estate — Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, Kore.ai, Salesforce, Microsoft and Google — and works alongside incumbent system integrators rather than requiring a platform change.

Data Cloud is required?

For grounded, cross-object agents — yes. For simpler scopes we can start on Service Cloud alone.
